2 eggs 3/4 cups of milk and sugar, 125gm melted butter and 1 1/2 cups of stoneground Sicilian self raising flour. I like new seasons apples in it but anyting will be good 175 degrees for 40 minutes - make sure not to have the grill on the same time or the top of the cake will burn. No time for this then go to Chirico in Fitzroy St - almost as good
