Nonna's meatloaf on Chirico toast


Easy - and delicious, One kg mince beef, 1 cup parmesan cheese, 1 cup parsley and 1 cup good bread crumbs. combine by hand, shape into a bread loaf shape (so it fits your bread) and bake until brown at 180 degrees for about 40 minutesPosted by Picasa
